Entrusting your home or investment property to someone else is a big deal. We get that!
So we don’t like to spread ourselves too thin. We choose to only have a small selection of homes that we manage. That way we can give our properties the attention that they deserve. We like to think of our homes as a ‘bespoke selection’ of holiday homes.
We started out this business with a few holiday homes that we owned ourselves, and then friends gave us their homes, and then word got around, and before we knew it, our reputation had made our sideline, our business. It’s all we do.
Breaking it down:
- We deal with all the booking enquiries, and all the guest emails and requests.
- We manage all the bookings that come through on the third party sites like Stayz and Airbnb.
- We work with the cleaners to get your house ‘ready to go’ for guest arrival.
- Our Maintenance man does all the stuff that crops up.
- Our Manager works with our owners to make sure everyone is happy.
- The Boss Lady (thats me!) gets all the bills paid and sorts the marketing and boring stuff.
And all our owners do is to trust us with their homes. It’s not always easy for some of our owners to ‘let go’ but when they do, they know that they can sit back and let us do all the hard work.
