Ningaloo Reef Holidays was established in 2005 by myself and my husband as we had a few holiday homes in Exmouth which we wanted to manage ourselves. We felt holiday home rentals were more of a ‘tourism’ experience rather than a ‘real estate’ operation.
As I come from a sales and marketing perspective, having worked in wine tourism and food journalism and Geoff from construction project management, it was natural fit and we’ve grown over the years to a sustainable tourism and customer focused operation with a diverse skill set across our team.
We are fortunate to have collected over the years holiday home owners who understand what makes us different – exceptional service delivered in a personalised way. We treat all of the homes we manage as if they were our own with attention to detail, personalised customer service and honest communication with our owners and guests.
