Cheap accommodation in Exmouth is hard to find. Coral is very affordable, and is a long time favourite holiday home for many people who regularly visit Exmouth!
This holiday home has recently been freshly painted and has some great renovations. The main bathroom has recently had a full refurbishment. The kitchen is fresh. The living room has new furniture.
This solid as a rock, bunker style block home, is beautifully landscaped and very comfortable. Surrounded by lawn and garden beds in a quiet residential street.
Two bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep 6 people with two queen beds and two single beds.
There is one inside bathroom which is newly renovated, and another 'after beach' bathroom outside with an outdoor shower.
Pet friendly, fully fenced and very well priced cheap accommodation. Undercover parking for two vehicles. Walking distance to the town center. WiFi available at the property. Four night minimum stay.
All linen and bath towels provided. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.
This property is self contained.

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following booking conditions:
EASTER:
Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).
Dogs are only considered on request and acceptance of the Pet Policy see details below:
PET/DOG POLICY:
No cats, 2 dogs maximum (no puppies). Includes visiting dogs.
•Dogs are not permitted inside the property without prior approval from management. Please contact us to discuss.
•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable and the Ranger may be called should this occur.
•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.
•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on furniture at any time.
•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised at any time. Pets are not permitted into the Cape Range National Park, should you be travelling for the day then please arrange for a pet sitter.
•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.
•Guests must dispose of all pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.
•Guests should ensure the arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.
•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on the lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.

Wow, what a great property. Everything you need to enjoy a really good stay in Exmouth. Plenty of parking for cars and the boat. The dogs absolutely loved their stay. Luscious green grass for them to play on. Nice and secure. Lots of room for the teenagers to hang out front and back of the property. Great space inside with all the creature comforts. We will definitely be back.
