What a fascinating holiday home ‘Oasis’ is! With arguably one of the best views over to the ranges available in Exmouth. If you are a star gazer, or a sunset watcher, then this is the spot for you.
Oasis is situated on a corner block, at the top of Reymond St, which is on the outskirts of the residential area of Exmouth Town. From the property, you have endless views over the natural bush land towards the ranges. From there, the long sunset to gaze at, which Exmouth is famous for.
The home, is a modern, four bedroom, two bathroom property, which sleeps 8 in total.
There is a fully operational Telescope on the roof that is out of bounds to all guests. There is potential for operational noise, depending on weather conditions, from time to time, day and night, as the telescope is operational 24 hours a day.
With Three of the four bedrooms located at the front of the property, two of which, have sliding door access to outside. Perfect for groups or for teens looking for a bit of ‘escape’ freedom. The fourth bedroom is at the rear of the house, and this also has a sliding door access to the outside.
The main bedroom has a King size bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has 2 king singles.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the basics, and leads to two great living spaces. But I think you will spend most of your time outside checking out that view!
One large bathroom with duel sinks and a roomy shower and toilet. There is also a seperate shower and seperate toilet in the laundry area with a full sized washing machine.
This home is pet friendly. It is fully fenced and there is plenty of parking for cars and a boat. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.
Free Wifi is included.
PLEASE NOTE: THE EXTERNAL STAIRS ARE NOT IN USE AND ACCESS TO THE ROOF DECK IS NOT AVAILABLE. THIS IS OUT OF BOUNDS TO ALL GUESTS AND IS LOCKED OFF TO RESTRICT ACCESS. THE OWNERS MAY HAVE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE ROOF, SHOULD THE ASTROLOGICAL EQUIPMENT WHICH IS ON THE ROOF, NEED SOME MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS.
All linen and bath towels provided.

To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following booking conditions:
EASTER:
Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).
Dogs are only considered on request and acceptance of the Pet Policy see details below:
PET/DOG POLICY:
No cats, 2 dogs maximum (no puppies). Includes visiting dogs.
•Dogs are not permitted inside the property without prior approval from management. Please contact us to discuss.
•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable and the Ranger may be called should this occur.
•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.
•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on furniture at any time.
•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised at any time. Pets are not permitted into the Cape Range National Park, should you be travelling for the day then please arrange for a pet sitter.
•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.
•Guests must dispose of all pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.
•Guests should ensure the arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.
•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on the lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.

Oasis holiday home was amazing !! Huge yard for the dogs, heaps of parking for the boat and loads of outdoor seating in the sun and shade. The beds were comfy and theres 2 sets of showers and toilets for quick "beach to pub" changes. Great kitchen and bbq setup for fish tacos and the lounge wuth big screen was perfect for the footy. 10/10 stay. Thanks so much !

Paul Adams - 22nd January 2022We stayed at the house for 10 days In January. On arrival the house was beautifully presented and most importantly, nice and cool. A real respite from a long hot drive (no aircon in one of the cars). Plenty of parking space (we also hired 3 kayaks on a trailer which easily fitted into the driveway space. The location is excellent being so close to town, yet opposite the bush at the front of the house. Very quiet. Great layout and a shower room and second shower ideal when returning from the beach. Overall, and excellent place to stay, with good hosts, clear access instructions etc. I’d give it 5 stars
All round great experience. Location is unreal along with the whole house! Would definitely stay again.
