Wallaby

‘Wallaby’ may not be the prettiest house from the outside, but don’t be deceived, it’s got a lot going for it!

Location is one of them. Wallaby is located on a quiet cul de sac on the edge of bushland, a nice quiet street to kick back in. If you are bringing your pet, then there are some great dog walking trails nearby as well.

We think that this family friendly, or fisherman friendly home, will be just the ticket. Three roomy bedrooms, with a double bed in the main and the second bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom. Easily sleeping four singles, or up to six occupants.

The Kitchen is roomy, with a full sized fridge, electric stove, plenty of storage space and fully provisioned with all the pots/pans and utensils included. Comes with a Nespresso coffee pod machine, byo pods or can be purchased locally.

The living room has plenty of couch space for all the family, and a large flatscreen television. There is also a Playstation Mini and DVD player to keep the kids entertained. There is even free wifi available.

There is one family bathroom, with a small bath, great for the little ones, and a separate toilet. Plenty of storage space in the separate laundry with a front load washing machine.

Outside, there is an undercover verandah, outdoor seating, a second drinks fridge, a BBQ and even a hammock to relax in after a long day snorkelling.

Wallaby has been named after the rock Wallaby’s that can be found in the National Park. The Yardie Creek boat tour is a great way to see a few in their natural habitat.

Pilgramunna

This solid as a rock, bunker style block home, is very comfortable in a quiet residential street.

Two bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep 5 people with two queen beds and one single bed.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and a renovated kitchen.

Pet friendly, fully fenced and very well priced cheap accommodation. Undercover parking for one vehicles. Walking distance to the town center.

Wahoo

Wahoo provides a fully air conditioned family holiday home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking bushland.

This 4 bedroom holiday home has two queen beds and 4 single beds. The family bathroom has a shower and large bath, with a separate toilet. The ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet combined. The spacious living area is open plan and modern. Kitchen very well equipped and setup to provide everything you will need for your holiday. A perfect base for your next holiday for up to 8 people to stay.

Wahoo has fully ducted air conditioned throughout. The outside living area is very spacious with a large shady dining area and covered grass area for small children to play on.

Rear access for large boat parking in the secure back yard and secure garage parking for two vehicles out the front.

Seashells

Stay at Seashells when visiting Exmouth! Just a stones throw from the town beach in the Exmouth Gulf.

This pet friendly, 4 bedroom holiday home has three queen beds and two single beds. The family sized bathroom has a shower and vanity, with separate toilet. The second larger bathroom is the main ensuite and includes a bath. All bedrooms are very generous in size with built in robes and individual split air conditioners.

This family sized holiday home will allow up to 8 people to stay comfortably.

The main living area has an expansive, modern kitchen with everything you need while on holiday. The open plan dining and TV area is comfortable and relaxing. There is a separate TV theatre room for the kids or Dad to watch the footy!

The yard is fully fenced and outside pets are welcome.

Oasis

What a fascinating holiday home ‘Oasis’ is! With arguably one of the best views over to the ranges available in Exmouth. If you are a star gazer, or a sunset watcher, then this is the spot for you.

Oasis is situated on a corner block, at the top of Reymond St, which is on the outskirts of the residential area of Exmouth Town. From the property, you have endless views over the natural bush land towards the ranges. From there, the long sunset to gaze at, which Exmouth is famous for.

The home, is a modern, four bedroom, two bathroom property, which sleeps 8 in total.

With Three of the four bedrooms located at the front of the property, two of which, have sliding door access to outside. Perfect for groups or for teens looking for a bit of ‘escape’ freedom. The fourth bedroom is at the rear of the house, and this also has a sliding door access to the outside.

The main bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms have king singles with roll our trundles.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons, and leads to two great living spaces. But I think you will spend most of your time outside checking out that view!

One large bathroom with duel sinks and a roomy shower and toilet. There is also a seperate shower and seperate toilet in the laundry area with washer and dryer to top it off.

This home is pet friendly. It is fully fenced and there is plenty of parking for cars and a boat.

Ningaloo

Imagine yourself sitting on your north facing, second floor balcony. Early morning, overlooking the ponies grazing across the road, the whales frollicking at town beach, and the gentle rise of the sun over the ocean. Then imagine yourself later that day, cocktail in hand, nibbles at the ready, as you while away the afternoon as the sun sets over the ranges.

This house is the perfect spot for both sunrise and sunset gazers. And it is only a stones throw from Town Beach, literally 200m from the front gate of ‘Ningaloo’ you can wander down and take a morning swim, take in a walk, or catch some rays of sunshine.

This massive 196sqm luxury holiday home in Exmouth has all that the features you could want for your next holiday.

Located on the canals with stunning sunset views of the Exmouth Cape Range, an outdoor entertaining area with seating for 6, leads to a large decking area overlooking a fibreglass, salt water, below ground pool.

Wander down the garden path to your own private floating pontoon jetty. The jetty is rated to boats up to 8m in length.

Cheap accommodation in Exmouth is hard to find. Coral is very affordable, and is a long time favourite holiday home for many people who regularly visit Exmouth!

This holiday home has recently been freshly painted and has some great renovations. The main bathroom has recently had a full refurbishment. The kitchen is fresh. The living room has new furniture.

Bundegi

Bundegi Beach is the locals favourite spot. It’s where we go to chill out on a hot day, stretch out on white sand, swim in turquoise waters….its where the living is easy!

Bundegi house, is not much different. It’s a home to kick back and relax in.

With two extra large bedrooms, one with a king bed the other with a queen bed. Each room has its own ‘space’ to sit and unwind, read a book, a peaceful retreat.

The extra large bathroom has two sinks and deep bath (the spa component is not operational), perfect for a long soak or to scrub the young ones in! The laundry leads outside to one of the lovely garden areas.

The large modern kitchen, which is fully equipped is the centre of the living space. With a bench dining area, large breezy living room with loads of comfy couches….leading out to the verandah and gardens.

There are two outside entertaining areas making the most of the shade and sun (depending what you are chasing!). The yard is fully fenced, and there is ample parking for two cars and a boat. Cobia

Comfortable family holiday home! This three bedroom two bathroom holiday home in Exmouth has an enormous outdoor living area as a bonus. There’s room to sleep 8 people and boat parking!

Older style norwester family holiday home with polished Jarrah floorboards and well equipped with all you will need. Cobia has three bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed and single bed, third room has another queen bed. There is also another single bed in the sleep out. Sleeping a total of eight people!

Fully fenced, pets allowed with prior approval and close to the Exmouth town centre. Great parking for boat with boat turnaround area. Cobia is a real ‘home away from home’.
