A fantastic holiday Modern Townhouse with everything you need! This newly built holiday home is across the road from the beach with gulf views and situated on the banks of the new marina in Exmouth. Situated almost directly opposite to the Mantaray’s Resort and Mantaray’s Restaurant.

Across the road from Town Beach which is a great spot for a morning walk and some shell collecting.

Upstairs are all the bedrooms via a flight of stairs. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 king singles. There is a large second bathroom and seperate toilet upstairs. There is also a full laundry and seperate toilet downstairs.

With enough parking for two vehicles and one boat this holiday home is perfect for couples or small group. The garage leads into the laundry area and kitchen entry.

Wobiri holiday modern townhouse is within a short walk to Town Beach, Mantaray’s Resort, the Exmouth Marina and boat launch facilities, local restaurants and bars. There are two children’s playgrounds within a very short stroll.

Wobiri may be un-suitable for small children due to the close proximity to open water and with steep internal stairs. The yard is fenced, however parental supervision is advised.

Additional Information: currently there is a house being built next door (June 2021). At various times there may be construction noise. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and is regrettable.

The Anchor

The Anchor is a top location, just around the corner from the town centre. Beautiful landscaped gardens, meticulous attention to detail. Delightful decor.

Lounge by the swimming pool in the tropical garden landscape. With masses of parking undercover, a secure yard, and lots of outside verandah area.

The Anchor is a beautiful home to holiday in.

Walk to the shops, breweries, and local restaurants. With the children’s water playground about 500m away, this is a top spot for families.

Three bedrooms in total, with two queen beds and two king singles. A full ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, and a second family bathroom completes the house.

Lots of French doors leading out to the very private verandah areas, drenched in winter sun and sheltered in summer. Outside lounges really set this area off.

Compact kitchen with dishwasher and all the utensils you could wish for. Spacious living room with large screen TV. Beautiful furniture to top off this wonderful home away from home.

The Orchard

Picture perfect family holiday home with a delightful back yard.

This 2 bedroom, rock solid family holiday home has it all. A safe and secure back yard, with an undercover patio area perfect for long lazy afternoon cocktails. While the kids run around in the shady, grassed yard.

The house has 2 big bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other larger room with a queen bed and single bunk beds, sleeping a total of 6.
There is room to park a boat out the front and a carport for the car.

Plenty of living space inside and out with a large living area, separate dining and full kitchen. There has been a water filter installed at the house.

Seashells

Stay at Seashells when visiting Exmouth! Just a stones throw from the town beach in the Exmouth Gulf.

This pet friendly, 4 bedroom holiday home has three queen beds and two single beds. The family sized bathroom has a shower and vanity, with separate toilet. The second larger bathroom is the main ensuite and includes a bath. All bedrooms are very generous in size with built in robes and individual split air conditioners.

This family sized holiday home will allow up to 8 people to stay comfortably.

The main living area has an expansive, modern kitchen with everything you need while on holiday. The open plan dining and TV area is comfortable and relaxing. There is a separate TV theatre room for the kids or Dad to watch the footy!

The yard is fully fenced and outside pets are welcome.

This home is very comfortable with everything you will need for your holiday in Exmouth.

Location is everything! Seashells is around the corner from the town beach. A perfect spot for a morning jog, or to play with the kids.

Perentie

Cheap and Cheerful with loads of parking for your next fishing trip!

The house is an original Exmouth Block home, made up of 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, spacious lounge, Dining and well equipped kitchen.

The house is Fully air conditioned with near new furniture and comfortable beds. There is a small undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and outdoor setting to sit and discuss your days adventures.

Located within walking distance to the center of town and all its attractions. Perentie may not be fancy, but we think this is all you will need for your next trip to Exmouth. At this price you can save all your extra holiday funds for the Whaleshark trip, the dinner out with the family and a few extra beers at Whalebone Brewing!

Poinciana is the closest holiday house accommodation to town centre of Exmouth! Massive outside under cover verandah area with separate laundry facilities.

This private holiday house accommodation rental is only is located closer to the shops than any other house accommodation in Exmouth. Plenty of room for two families with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Two queen beds and 4 king single beds. All new furnishings throughout, new linen and well decorated.

Lots of garden space , even more since Cyclone Olwyn! Duel driveway allows plenty of space for two cars to be parked.

Plenty of boat parking and the back garden is fully fenced.

Amazing four bedroom, two bathroom, home. Overlooking the canal waters towards the ranges, perfect for the afternoon sunsets. This home has a swimming pool and FREE Wifi.

The Main bedroom has a king bed, and the two double rooms have queen size beds. In a very large fourth bedroom are 2 x 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeping 4-6, (the bunks have doubles on the bottom and singles on the top).

The two main bathrooms are huge with double showers, double vanities, and there is an additional powder room downstairs as well.

Downstairs is the main living expanse, with open plan massive kitchen, extensive living space, laundry with two washing machines all overlooking your outside entertaining area and fully fenced swimming pool.

Upstairs is the adults retreat, with bar area and pool table. Additional lounge seating and another television. Great verandah area with the best ocean views over the Exmouth Town Beach.
This property is directly across the road from the pathway access to Town Beach, and a very short walk to Mantarays Resort and the Exmouth Game Fishing Club.

There is a large utility room with additional fridge, two washing machines and masses of storage. Great access to the pool, with views from the kitchen so to keep an eye on the kids.

This property does not have a private jetty. There is plenty of parking for boat outside. The Exmouth Marina boat ramp is approximately 200m away.

Fern is a modern holiday home with loads of extras!

This house is a modern four bedroom home with two queen beds and four single beds.

There are two large luxury bathrooms, both with baths. The spacious kitchen is the hub of the house, with lots of family eating and entertaining space.

Outside the large verandah surrounds the 7m swimming pool perfect for cooling off during the warmer months.

The house has free wifi. Fern is fully air conditioned in all rooms. This home ticks all the boxes.

FERN now has it’s very own private floating pontoon jetty. The jetty is rated to boats up to 8m in length.
