Weja

What does ‘Weja’ mean?? (It’s pronounced ‘weejah’ but the way…). Well. It is an indigenous word, from the Nyoongar language, and it means ‘Emu’. In the warmer summer months, when there are less tourists, the Daddy emu wanders the streets with his chicks searching for water and food. The procession past 23 Ningaloo St is well tracked.

Weja is our new listing, and with that, it comes with fresh paint, new flooring, newly renovated kitchen, brand new appliances and bedding, and a crystal clear swimming pool to round it off. Situated less than 500m from the town centre, you can walk to the shops, cafes and the famous Froth Craft Brewery.

The original ‘Block Homes’ were built in the 1960’s by the American forces for their officers. Over the years, these sturdy homes have become favourites with locals and holiday makers alike. Highly sought after for their cooler in summer and warmer in winter capabilities.

Weja is a four bedroom two bathroom design, which will sleep eight in total. The main bedroom has a KING bed, the second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, the third bedroom has a KING SINGLE and a SINGLE, and the fourth bedroom has two SINGLES.

The family bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity is off the hallway. The ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity are adjacent to the main bedroom.

A large living/dining space with huge flatscreen TV is in the main living room. The kitchen is fully renovated, with new appliances and a very functional built in laundry shares the space. All the mod cons are provided so that your holiday is ‘less work and more play.’

The outside living area will not disappoint. With large undercover verandah, a swimming pool, built in outdoor kitchen with sink, drinks fridge and hooded BBQ. The gardens are newly landscaped and there is plenty of front parking for a large boat and two vehicles.

Pets are not permitted as this property is not fully fenced at this time

Wave

Wave is a holiday villa rental located on the marina in Exmouth.

A two story quality holiday villa on the canals with a boat mooring, lockable storage shed (marina side) and freezer, and walking distance to the town beaches.

Luxury and quality fit-out are sheer bliss. Three bedrooms upstairs with one king beds and four king singles. There are two main bathrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms include an ensuite with a bath.

Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe is massive! There’s a lovely small verandah off the bedroom to catch the morning sun and views. Take a walk into town and pickup your favourite tipple to enjoy on the verandah as the sun goes down.

Please take note that this home is not suitable for very small children as there is an open plan staircase and steps to open water on the canals. We have other holiday homes that are safe for small children.

Wobiri

A fantastic holiday Modern Townhouse with everything you need! This newly built holiday home is across the road from the beach with gulf views and situated on the banks of the new marina in Exmouth. Situated almost directly opposite to the Mantaray’s Resort and Mantaray’s Restaurant.

Across the road from Town Beach which is a great spot for a morning walk and some shell collecting.

Upstairs are all the bedrooms via a flight of stairs. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 king singles. There is a large second bathroom and seperate toilet upstairs. There is also a full laundry and seperate toilet downstairs.

With enough parking for two vehicles and one boat this holiday home is perfect for couples or small group. The garage leads into the laundry area and kitchen entry.

Wobiri holiday modern townhouse is within a short walk to Town Beach, Mantaray’s Resort, the Exmouth Marina and boat launch facilities, local restaurants and bars. There are two children’s playgrounds within a very short stroll.

Wobiri may be un-suitable for small children due to the close proximity to open water and with steep internal stairs. The yard is fenced, however parental supervision is advised.

Additional Information: currently there is a house being built next door (June 2021). At various times there may be construction noise. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and is regrettable.

Wahoo

Wahoo provides a fully air conditioned family holiday home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking bushland.

This 4 bedroom holiday home has two queen beds and 4 single beds. The family bathroom has a shower and large bath, with a separate toilet. The ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet combined. The spacious living area is open plan and modern. Kitchen very well equipped and setup to provide everything you will need for your holiday. A perfect base for your next holiday for up to 8 people to stay.

Wahoo has fully ducted air conditioned throughout. The outside living area is very spacious with a large shady dining area and covered grass area for small children to play on.

Rear access for large boat parking in the secure back yard and secure garage parking for two vehicles out the front.

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

The Anchor

The Anchor is a top location, just around the corner from the town centre. Beautiful landscaped gardens, meticulous attention to detail. Delightful decor.

Lounge by the swimming pool in the tropical garden landscape. With masses of parking undercover, a secure yard, and lots of outside verandah area.

The Anchor is a beautiful home to holiday in.

Walk to the shops, breweries, and local restaurants. With the children’s water playground about 500m away, this is a top spot for families.

Three bedrooms in total, with two queen beds and two king singles. A full ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, and a second family bathroom completes the house.

Lots of French doors leading out to the very private verandah areas, drenched in winter sun and sheltered in summer. Outside lounges really set this area off.

Compact kitchen with dishwasher and all the utensils you could wish for. Spacious living room with large screen TV. Beautiful furniture to top off this wonderful home away from home.

The Guest House

The guest house is a private residence that has been fitted out for comfort and convenience.

In 2015 The Guest House was fully renovated inside and out, all 3 bedrooms, new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, new air conditioning throughout, hardwood floors sanded and polished and a full upgrade to the outside deck.

The Guest House can accommodate 6 people, and there is parking for a car and a small boat

The architecture is typical of the area with open plan living spaces and a large insulated outside deck. The original style and architecture of the building has been retained and modernised.

The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds.

There are two bathrooms in the house ensuring guests have their own privacy and there is also a laundry with a washing machine. The undercover deck has a bbq and has been fully insulated.

This property does not allow pets under any circumstances.

When you enter this house, the wide hallway gives a spacious relaxed feel which is carried on throughout the house.

The 4 large bedrooms enter off the hallway, with 2 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds. The main bedroom has a full ensuite, and there is a family bathroom with a bath.

The hallway leads into the large open plan living area. With a fully equiped, modern kitchen, dining and lounge room overlooking the outside deck.

This is where most of the living happens. The outside undercover deck has a built in BBQ, outside dining area to enjoy the sunset views and overlooks the fully fenced swimming pool.

There is a pathway that leads to the jetty, which can moor up to a 15 metre boat.

Stumblin Inn

The block home is a firm favourite with holiday makers. Cool in summer and warm in winter, a little bit of history, and a super large block to spread out on.

Outside is where it all happens! Stumbling Inn has a large shady patio area and garden, great for the kids to run around in. The yard is fully fenced, with extensive gardens and lawn area, its a lovely shady retreat. The expansive verandah wraps around half the house, giving you lots of extra space to relax in. There is plenty of parking on both sides of the house. One side is fully shaded, so your boat, and/or car, are fully protected.

Inside your American block home, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, with sliding doors leading onto the patio. There is a half ensuite, with vanity and toilet. Bedrooms two and three. Both have Queen size beds. There is a small but functional bathroom off the hallway, with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity.
The living space, with its lounge area, dining, and partly renovated kitchen will complete the package. Unique Jarrah (West Australian wood) kitchen bench tops, add a special touch to this classic Exmouth home.

Ruby

So called ‘The Villas’ this complex of 1960’s units, are a small piece of Exmouth history. Originally the quarters for the enlisted Australian Army, these older style units are in a great location, walking distance to everything in town and across the road from shops, restaurants, pubs and the parks.

This recently renovated unit, with new furniture, is located right next door to the town swimming pool, near to the Potshot Resort Hotel, Froth Craft Brewery and a short stroll to the shops and cafes of the town centre.

This compact, yet highly functional unit, has three bedrooms with commercial quality new beds. Rooms one and two have queen beds and room three has two single beds, sleeping a total of six occupants.

There is one bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet, with laundry facilities available. The clothes line is shared with other villas in the complex.

The new flooring and cabinets to the kitchen makes Ruby the perfect base to come to after a day out on the water swimming with whale sharks or relaxing on the beach.

There is a small outside verandah area with limited seating and a barbecue. This villa is tucked away in a far corner of a complex, private and quiet. Parking is at your door. Suitable for small boat parking only.
Pets are definitely not permitted under any circumstances in the complex.

Parking is situated all around ‘The Villas’ complex and is not allocated to a specific unit. We ask that if you have more than two vehicles that you do not impede on other occupants who maybe residents. Please be respectful of others. Clothes lines are also shared.

Sea Star

Sea Star is truly a 5 star experience!

This home has space in abundance. As you enter the home through the impressive front entrance, you have the master suite in the left wing, and guest suite and minor bedrooms on the right. Creating perfect separation and privacy for all.

Your master suite has a resort style king bed with a full ensuite. There is entry to the Asian inspired atrium located in the middle of the house, providing you with a sense of serenity and peace.

The guest wing, included the second bedroom, with queen sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have two singles. There is a expansive family bathroom, separate toilet, and plenty of space for all the family.

The artfully assembled kitchen is the hub of the home and beautifully interacts with the main living, and dining areas. Opening up to the outdoor kitchen, which leads onto the pool beyond.

Wonder down to your own private jetty and venture out to some of the worlds best fishing. Returning home to cook up a storm in the balmy Exmouth nights in the outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the sunset views and take another dip in the pool, relax with champers in hand aaahhh.
