Weja

What does ‘Weja’ mean?? (It’s pronounced ‘weejah’ but the way…). Well. It is an indigenous word, from the Nyoongar language, and it means ‘Emu’. In the warmer summer months, when there are less tourists, the Daddy emu wanders the streets with his chicks searching for water and food. The procession past 23 Ningaloo St is well tracked.

Weja is our new listing, and with that, it comes with fresh paint, new flooring, newly renovated kitchen, brand new appliances and bedding, and a crystal clear swimming pool to round it off. Situated less than 500m from the town centre, you can walk to the shops, cafes and the famous Froth Craft Brewery.

The original ‘Block Homes’ were built in the 1960’s by the American forces for their officers. Over the years, these sturdy homes have become favourites with locals and holiday makers alike. Highly sought after for their cooler in summer and warmer in winter capabilities.

Weja is a four bedroom two bathroom design, which will sleep eight in total. The main bedroom has a KING bed, the second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, the third bedroom has a KING SINGLE and a SINGLE, and the fourth bedroom has two SINGLES.

The family bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity is off the hallway. The ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity are adjacent to the main bedroom.

A large living/dining space with huge flatscreen TV is in the main living room. The kitchen is fully renovated, with new appliances and a very functional built in laundry shares the space. All the mod cons are provided so that your holiday is ‘less work and more play.’

The outside living area will not disappoint. With large undercover verandah, a swimming pool, built in outdoor kitchen with sink, drinks fridge and hooded BBQ. The gardens are newly landscaped and there is plenty of front parking for a large boat and two vehicles.

Pets are not permitted as this property is not fully fenced at this time

Wallaby

‘Wallaby’ may not be the prettiest house from the outside, but don’t be deceived, it’s got a lot going for it!

Location is one of them. Wallaby is located on a quiet cul de sac on the edge of bushland, a nice quiet street to kick back in. If you are bringing your pet, then there are some great dog walking trails nearby as well.

We think that this family friendly, or fisherman friendly home, will be just the ticket. Three roomy bedrooms, with a double bed in the main and the second bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom. Easily sleeping four singles, or up to six occupants.

The Kitchen is roomy, with a full sized fridge, electric stove, plenty of storage space and fully provisioned with all the pots/pans and utensils included. Comes with a Nespresso coffee pod machine, byo pods or can be purchased locally.

The living room has plenty of couch space for all the family, and a large flatscreen television. There is also a Playstation Mini and DVD player to keep the kids entertained. There is even free wifi available.

There is one family bathroom, with a small bath, great for the little ones, and a separate toilet. Plenty of storage space in the separate laundry with a front load washing machine.

Outside, there is an undercover verandah, outdoor seating, a second drinks fridge, a BBQ and even a hammock to relax in after a long day snorkelling.

Wallaby has been named after the rock Wallaby’s that can be found in the National Park. The Yardie Creek boat tour is a great way to see a few in their natural habitat.

The Sanctuary

With beautiful sunset views from the deck, your own Jetty, making it easy to come and go on fishing adventures or just sunset cruises on the gulf. AND a swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing. The Sanctuary has it all.

When you enter this house, the wide hallway gives a spacious relaxed feel which is carried on throughout the house.

The 4 large bedrooms enter off the hallway, with 2 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds. The main bedroom has a full ensuite, and there is a family bathroom with a bath.

The hallway leads into the large open plan living area. With a fully equiped, modern kitchen, dining and lounge room overlooking the outside deck.

This is where most of the living happens. The outside undercover deck has a built in BBQ, outside dining area to enjoy the sunset views and overlooks the fully fenced swimming pool.

There is a pathway that leads to the jetty, which can moor up to a 15 metre boat.

You will want to come back again and again to spend your Exmouth getaways at The Sanctuary.

Sea Star

Sea Star is truly a 5 star experience!

This home has space in abundance. As you enter the home through the impressive front entrance, you have the master suite in the left wing, and guest suite and minor bedrooms on the right. Creating perfect separation and privacy for all.

Your master suite has a resort style king bed with a full ensuite. There is entry to the Asian inspired atrium located in the middle of the house, providing you with a sense of serenity and peace.

The guest wing, included the second bedroom, with queen sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have two singles. There is a expansive family bathroom, separate toilet, and plenty of space for all the family.

The artfully assembled kitchen is the hub of the home and beautifully interacts with the main living, and dining areas. Opening up to the outdoor kitchen, which leads onto the pool beyond.

Wonder down to your own private jetty and venture out to some of the worlds best fishing. Returning home to cook up a storm in the balmy Exmouth nights in the outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the sunset views and take another dip in the pool, relax with champers in hand aaahhh.

Seashells

Stay at Seashells when visiting Exmouth! Just a stones throw from the town beach in the Exmouth Gulf.

This pet friendly, 4 bedroom holiday home has three queen beds and two single beds. The family sized bathroom has a shower and vanity, with separate toilet. The second larger bathroom is the main ensuite and includes a bath. All bedrooms are very generous in size with built in robes and individual split air conditioners.

This family sized holiday home will allow up to 8 people to stay comfortably.

The main living area has an expansive, modern kitchen with everything you need while on holiday. The open plan dining and TV area is comfortable and relaxing. There is a separate TV theatre room for the kids or Dad to watch the footy!

The yard is fully fenced and outside pets are welcome.

This home is very comfortable with everything you will need for your holiday in Exmouth.

Location is everything! Seashells is around the corner from the town beach. A perfect spot for a morning jog, or to play with the kids.

The owner currently has his boat stored under the shed.

Oasis

What a fascinating holiday home ‘Oasis’ is! With arguably one of the best views over to the ranges available in Exmouth. If you are a star gazer, or a sunset watcher, then this is the spot for you.

Oasis is situated on a corner block, at the top of Reymond St, which is on the outskirts of the residential area of Exmouth Town. From the property, you have endless views over the natural bush land towards the ranges. From there, the long sunset to gaze at, which Exmouth is famous for.

The home, is a modern, four bedroom, two bathroom property, which sleeps 8 in total.

With Three of the four bedrooms located at the front of the property, two of which, have sliding door access to outside. Perfect for groups or for teens looking for a bit of ‘escape’ freedom. The fourth bedroom is at the rear of the house, and this also has a sliding door access to the outside.

The main bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms have king singles with roll our trundles.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons, and leads to two great living spaces. But I think you will spend most of your time outside checking out that view!

One large bathroom with duel sinks and a roomy shower and toilet. There is also a seperate shower and seperate toilet in the laundry area with washer and dryer to top it off.

This home is pet friendly. It is fully fenced and there is plenty of parking for cars and a boat.

Free Wifi is included.

Please note: the external stairs are not in use and access to the roof deck is NOT AVAILABLE. This is out of bounds to all guests and is locked off to restrict access. The owners may have to gain access to the roof, should the astrological equipment which is on the roof, need some maintenance or repairs.

Manatee

Experience a holiday like no other on the canals in Exmouth, in this 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private jetty for an 8m boat.

Manatee is an appealing, near new, modern villa located in the marina precinct on the canals in Exmouth. The villa has been well appointed with modern furniture, an open plan living area and a deck overlooking the delightful canals of Exmouth.

Manatee sleeps up to 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with an ensuite and spa bath. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 x king singles.

The villa is fully self contained with air conditioning throughout, a fully equiped laundry, Fridge/freezer and chest freezer, outdoor dining with BBQ and a private jetty. It is walking distance to Mantarays resort and a short boat ride up the marina into the ocean. Nothing more is needed for the perfect Exmouth escape.

Parking is limited to your two allocated parking bays at the property. One is undercover of the carport and the second bay is next to it. Boats will need to be unhitched from the trailer should you wish to park on the hard (and not use the jetty). There is no additional parking permitted in the surrounding grounds, and space is limited for turnarounds. So should you be bringing a boat of substantial size, you will need to keep it on the jetty.

Hooked

You’ll be hooked when you stay at Hooked, with the best ocean views in Exmouth!

Amazing four bedroom, two bathroom, home. Overlooking the canal waters towards the ranges, perfect for the afternoon sunsets. This home has a swimming pool and FREE Wifi.

The Main bedroom has a king bed, and the two double rooms have queen size beds. In a very large fourth bedroom are 2 x 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeping 4-6, (the bunks have doubles on the bottom and singles on the top).

The two main bathrooms are huge with double showers, double vanities, and there is an additional powder room downstairs as well.

Downstairs is the main living expanse, with open plan massive kitchen, extensive living space, laundry with two washing machines all overlooking your outside entertaining area and fully fenced swimming pool.

Upstairs is the adults retreat, with bar area and pool table. Additional lounge seating and another television. Great verandah area with the best ocean views over the Exmouth Town Beach.
This property is directly across the road from the pathway access to Town Beach, and a very short walk to Mantarays Resort and the Exmouth Game Fishing Club.

There is a large utility room with additional fridge, two washing machines and masses of storage. Great access to the pool, with views from the kitchen so to keep an eye on the kids.

This property does not have a private jetty. There is plenty of parking for boat outside. The Exmouth Marina boat ramp is approximately 200m away.

Dunes! Wow factor! Resort style accommodation with privileges to use the Mantarays Resort swimming pool!

Very high living at this cutting edge, modern, designed holiday house.

Built to the highest standard with quality everything. Two expansive upstairs verandahs, with views to the Cape Ranges for sunset, or over the Exmouth Gulf for sunrise.

Dunes is next to a park, opposite Mantarays Resort with privileges to use the swimming pool as part of the deal when staying at Dunes holiday rental!

Desert Rose

This self contained four bedroom, two bathroom, quality built, home on the Exmouth Marina is a great choice for your next family holiday. (if you have never seen a North West Desert Rose, they are planted in the front garden bed at the house.)

Desert Rose has the swimming pool just off the verandah and living room. Perfect for keeping an eye on the kids whilst they enjoy the water. Plenty of outside furniture on two levels to laze away the days. Big table, day bed, BBQ, lounges and plenty more.

Further down towards the waters edge you can access your private jetty. With power and water on the jetty. Gated for your safety and security. Jetty is suitable for boats up to 8m long. Ropes and tenders are not supplied.

Inside this lovely home, is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is one large TV in this main room with Foxtel. There is also a second Theatre room with another separate TV and it also has Foxtel provided. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Bedrooms have one King bed, two rooms with two queen beds, and in the fourth room there are a set of bunks with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top (suitable for a child only).

Two full bathrooms and a well equipped laundry with large front loader washing machine and dryer.
