The spacious living area is open plan and modern. Kitchen very well equipped and setup to provide everything you will need for your holiday. A perfect base for your next holiday for up to 8 people to stay.

Wahoo has fully ducted air conditioned throughout. The outside living area is very spacious with a large shady dining area and covered grass area for small children to play on.

Rear access for large boat parking in the secure back yard and secure garage parking for two vehicles out the front.

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

Manatee is an appealing, near new, modern villa located in the marina precinct on the canals in Exmouth. The villa has been well appointed with modern furniture, an open plan living area and a deck overlooking the delightful canals of Exmouth.

Manatee sleeps up to 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with an ensuite and spa bath. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 x king singles.

The villa is fully self contained with air conditioning throughout, a fully equiped laundry, Fridge/freezer and chest freezer, outdoor dining with BBQ and a private jetty. It is walking distance to Mantarays resort and a short boat ride up the marina into the ocean. Nothing more is needed for the perfect Exmouth escape.

Parking is limited to your two allocated parking bays at the property. One is undercover of the carport and the second bay is next to it. Boats will need to be unhitched from the trailer should you wish to park on the hard (and not use the jetty). There is no additional parking permitted in the surrounding grounds, and space is limited for turnarounds. So should you be bringing a boat of substantial size, you will need to keep it on the jetty.

Hibiscus is canal living. This holiday home is located at the Exmouth Canals marina development, with a great view overlooking the water, catching the morning sunrise and afternoon sunsets.

It has a spacious, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Lots of breezy windows to catch the views and afternoon sunsets.

The deck has a large hooded BEEFMASTER BBQ and outdoor setting with stairs to access the boat mooring. Spend lazy days soaking up the sunshine and relaxing with a book. Or fish from the canal wall at the bottom of the stairs for breakfast.

A Powder room and fully equipped laundry with top loader washing machine and dryer finish off the down stairs.

While upstairs, there are 4 big bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each with it’s own bath!

The main bedroom has a king sized bed and a large screen TV, while the second bedroom also has a king sized bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 single beds each, perfect for the kids or mates on a fishing trip!

The main bedroom has a full ensuite with bath, shower and toilet and a balcony to fully enjoy your canal living.

There is a second full sized bathroom upstairs with a bath, shower and seperate toilet, making this house the complete package.

Hibiscus has free Wifi for guests. We ask that you use for ‘domestic’ purposes only (ie checking emails etc) and you don’t download large files and abuse the privilege. Data usage will be slowed or cut off completely should guests be exceeding ‘normal’ daily allowances.

Bluefin Villa 26

So called ‘The Villas’ this complex of 1960’s units, are a small piece of Exmouth history. Originally the quarters for the enlisted Australian Army, these older style units are in a great location, walking distance to everything in town and across the road from shops, restaurants, pubs and the parks.

The layout is a little different. Should you have any concerns, please contact Ningaloo Reef Holiday Homes, the managers to discuss if this layout is suitable for your needs.

The verandah has 6 doors, and each of the three bedrooms has their own access to the verandah. The other doors open to the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom/laundry. The verandah is narrow and you access from 5 steps, so slightly raised off the ground. We would suggest this property is not suitable for small children. But perfect for travellers on a budget who still like their own space.

Like a backpackers but BETTER! Private, quiet and clean.

There is one queen bed, and four single beds, so a great budget accommodation option for guys on a fishing trip or a group of friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the small living room will comfortably seat 4. This villa will suit those holiday guests who are planning on spending all day at the beach and exploring the region. Each room has air conditioning with a new split system installed in the living space.

There is a small BBQ outside on the lawn area, but unfortunately not a lot of space for a large outside dining area. The owners are working on that!

Parking is situated all around the Villa complex and is not allocated to a specific unit. We ask that if you have more than two vehicles that you do not impede on other occupants who maybe residents. Please be respectful of others. Clothes lines are also shared.
