There is room to park a boat out the front and a carport for the car.

Stumblin Inn

The block home is a firm favourite with holiday makers. Cool in summer and warm in winter, a little bit of history, and a super large block to spread out on.

Outside is where it all happens! Stumbling Inn has a large shady patio area and garden, great for the kids to run around in. The yard is fully fenced, with extensive gardens and lawn area, its a lovely shady retreat. The expansive verandah wraps around half the house, giving you lots of extra space to relax in. There is plenty of parking on both sides of the house. One side is fully shaded, so your boat, and/or car, are fully protected.

Inside your American block home, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, with sliding doors leading onto the patio. There is a half ensuite, with vanity and toilet. Bedrooms two and three. Both have Queen size beds. There is a small but functional bathroom off the hallway, with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity.
The living space, with its lounge area, dining, and partly renovated kitchen will complete the package. Unique Jarrah (West Australian wood) kitchen bench tops, add a special touch to this classic Exmouth home.

Ruby

So called ‘The Villas’ this complex of 1960’s units, are a small piece of Exmouth history. Originally the quarters for the enlisted Australian Army, these older style units are in a great location, walking distance to everything in town and across the road from shops, restaurants, pubs and the parks.

This recently renovated unit, with new furniture, is located right next door to the town swimming pool, near to the Potshot Resort Hotel, Froth Craft Brewery and a short stroll to the shops and cafes of the town centre.

This compact, yet highly functional unit, has three bedrooms with commercial quality new beds. Rooms one and two have queen beds and room three has two single beds, sleeping a total of six occupants.

There is one bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet, with laundry facilities available. The clothes line is shared with other villas in the complex.

The new flooring and cabinets to the kitchen makes Ruby the perfect base to come to after a day out on the water swimming with whale sharks or relaxing on the beach.

There is a small outside verandah area with limited seating and a barbecue. This villa is tucked away in a far corner of a complex, private and quiet. Parking is at your door. Suitable for small boat parking only.
Pets are definitely not permitted under any circumstances in the complex.

Parking is situated all around ‘The Villas’ complex and is not allocated to a specific unit. We ask that if you have more than two vehicles that you do not impede on other occupants who maybe residents. Please be respectful of others. Clothes lines are also shared.

Perentie

Cheap and Cheerful with loads of parking for your next fishing trip!

The house is an original Exmouth Block home, made up of 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, spacious lounge, Dining and well equipped kitchen.

The house is Fully air conditioned with near new furniture and comfortable beds. There is a small undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and outdoor setting to sit and discuss your days adventures.

Located within walking distance to the center of town and all its attractions. Perentie may not be fancy, but we think this is all you will need for your next trip to Exmouth. At this price you can save all your extra holiday funds for the Whaleshark trip, the dinner out with the family and a few extra beers at Whalebone Brewing!

This house is well equipped with plenty of outdoor space to park boats and cars. Central location, within a few minutes walking distance to town center, shops and restaurants. The school oval is at the end of the road, perfect for a kick of the footy!

Osprey

Well you may not be a ‘fish eating bird of prey’ like the Osprey, but I bet your chances of catching a fish are increased when you stay in this great holiday home! Well maybe not…..but you can at least enjoy the spoils of your catch!

Osprey is a terrific four bedroom two bathroom family home, it’s a great base for your Ningaloo adventure to begin. Head out into the oceans and catch those fish!

Loads of parking for the boat. Located in a quiet residential street of Exmouth. A short 10 min walk to the town centre, Whalebone Brewery, Frothcraft Brewery and all the local restaurants and cafes.

This house would suite a group of fishermen or a family get away. Three rooms have queen beds and the fourth room has a set of single bunks, making sleeping eight comfortable and easy. (or four guys on a fishing trip away!) Note: the top bunk is rated for children’s weight only.

There is a large lounge room, a spacious open plan dining, living and newly renovated kitchen, to compliment the package.

Full laundry facilities, two bathrooms (with two toilets), both with showers…round out the wet areas.

Osprey is lucky enough to have a great shady patio area, a patch of lawn for the rug rats to play on, a full sized BBQ and outdoor dining area, and even a fire pit for the chilly nights (wood available to purchase at the hardware store).

We think that this newly acquired holiday home will soon become a firm favourite with our families returning for their holidays, don’t delay in booking.

Bluefin Villa 26

So called ‘The Villas’ this complex of 1960’s units, are a small piece of Exmouth history. The layout is a little different. Should you have any concerns, please contact Ningaloo Reef Holiday Homes, the managers to discuss if this layout is suitable for your needs.

The verandah has 6 doors, and each of the three bedrooms has their own access to the verandah. The other doors open to the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom/laundry. The verandah is narrow and you access from 5 steps, so slightly raised off the ground. We would suggest this property is not suitable for small children. But perfect for travellers on a budget who still like their own space.

Like a backpackers but BETTER! Private, quiet and clean.

There is one queen bed, and four single beds, so a great budget accommodation option for guys on a fishing trip or a group of friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the small living room will comfortably seat 4. This villa will suit those holiday guests who are planning on spending all day at the beach and exploring the region. Each room has air conditioning with a new split system installed in the living space.

There is a small BBQ outside on the lawn area, but unfortunately not a lot of space for a large outside dining area. The owners are working on that!

Bundegi

Bundegi Beach is the locals favourite spot. It’s where we go to chill out on a hot day, stretch out on white sand, swim in turquoise waters….its where the living is easy!

Bundegi house, is not much different. It’s a home to kick back and relax in.

With two extra large bedrooms, one with a king bed the other with a queen bed. Each room has its own ‘space’ to sit and unwind, read a book, a peaceful retreat.

The extra large bathroom has two sinks and deep bath (the spa component is not operational), perfect for a long soak or to scrub the young ones in! The laundry leads outside to one of the lovely garden areas.

The large modern kitchen, which is fully equipped is the centre of the living space. With a bench dining area, large breezy living room with loads of comfy couches….leading out to the verandah and gardens.

There are two outside entertaining areas making the most of the shade and sun (depending what you are chasing!). The yard is fully fenced, and there is ample parking for two cars and a boat. Bundegi has a great garden and small lawn area, perfect for the kids to play on. Should you wish to bring your pet, please contact the office to discuss.
