From the 1st of December 2024 to the 28th Feb 2025 The jetty will be unavailable, there will be a 15 metre boat moored on the jetty. The jetty will still be accessible to fish from ect. but the jetty will not fit another boat. Please call and discuss with our staff if you have any questions.
With beautiful sunset views from the deck, your own Jetty, making it easy to come and go on fishing adventures or just sunset cruises on the gulf. AND a swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing. The Sanctuary has it all.
When you enter this house, the wide hallway gives a spacious relaxed feel which is carried on throughout the house.
The 4 large bedrooms enter off the hallway, with 2 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds. The main bedroom has a full ensuite, and there is a family bathroom with a bath.
The hallway leads into the large open plan living area. With a fully equiped, modern kitchen, dining and lounge room overlooking the outside deck.
This is where most of the living happens. The outside undercover deck has a built in BBQ, outside dining area to enjoy the sunset views and overlooks the fully fenced swimming pool.
There is a pathway that leads to the jetty, which can moor up to a 15 metre boat.
You will want to come back again and again to spend your Exmouth getaways at The Sanctuary.
All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels have been provided. Please do not take these towels to the beach and ensure they are left at the property on your departure.
4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.
This property is self contained. No pets are allowed on this property.

Loved our stay at The Sanctuary, Exmouth. Nice open living spaces, and great to have our own pool. Great communication from Ningaloo Reef Stays staff too.

This was a great place to stay as a family with kids, they were so happy swimming in the pool, fishing off the jetty, the tv had Netflix and the bedrooms were roomy. it was super close to town, only a short drive to almost everything. it was lovely to have clean towels provided and the beds were comfy. washer and dryer was a huge bonus too!! and lots of kitchen utensils and tools. we loved our stay!

The name of the residence summed it up, a Sanctuary for a family holiday - nothing more needed. Small problem was dealt with quickly with minimum of fuss. Thank you for hosting us, we enjoyed it immensely.
