Imagine yourself sitting on your north facing, second floor balcony. Early morning, overlooking the ponies grazing across the road, the whales frollicking at town beach, and the gentle rise of the sun over the ocean. Then imagine yourself later that day, cocktail in hand, nibbles at the ready, as you while away the afternoon as the sun sets over the ranges.
This house is the perfect spot for both sunrise and sunset gazers. And it is only a stones throw from Town Beach, literally 200m from the front gate of ‘Ningaloo’ you can wander down and take a morning swim, take in a walk, or catch some rays of sunshine.
The house is modern and well designed. With all four bedrooms located downstairs, the family bathroom, a clever master bedroom ensuite, the laundry and a ‘kids’ TV space in the centre of it all. The downstairs has lots of room for all the family.
Upstairs is the living space, with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, leading out to that verandah, with great views of Town Beach, and that ‘Ningaloo' Sunset.
There is a handy powder room upstairs for your convenience, undercover parking for two vehicles, and a small low maintenance fully fenced yard. Pets welcome. There is even a Table tennis table outside.
Located within a short walk of Mantarays Resort, Exmouth Yacht Club, Exmouth Game Fishing Club and Whalers Restaurant. Walk a little further and enjoy all that Whalebone Brewery has to offer or Cadilacs Tavern.
All linen and bath towels provided. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.
This property is self contained.

To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following booking conditions:
Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).
Dogs are only considered on request and acceptance of the Pet Policy see details below:
No cats, 2 dogs maximum (no puppies). Includes visiting dogs.
•Dogs are not permitted inside the property without prior approval from management. Please contact us to discuss.
•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable and the Ranger may be called should this occur.
•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.
•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on furniture at any time.
•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised at any time. Pets are not permitted into the Cape Range National Park, should you be travelling for the day then please arrange for a pet sitter.
•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.
•Guests must dispose of all pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.
•Guests should ensure the arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.
•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on the lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.

5 adults and 1 dog stayed for 5 nights. We all loved it and were able to relax however we wanted. It was close to everything and we weren’t squashed together at the house. It’s on a main road to the beach so I expected it to be noisy but it wasn’t. The dog loved his daily walk at the beach literally 3 houses away and playing in the yards for hours. We saw horses, kangaroos, emus and dolphins. We will definitely be back at that house whenever we visit Exmouth!
