Bundegi Beach is the locals favourite spot. It’s where we go to chill out on a hot day, stretch out on white sand, swim in turquoise waters….its where the living is easy!
Bundegi house, is not much different. It's a home to kick back and relax in.
With two extra large bedrooms, one with a king bed the other with a queen bed. Each room has its own ‘space’ to sit and unwind, read a book, a peaceful retreat.
The extra large bathroom has two sinks and deep bath (the spa component is not operational), perfect for a long soak or to scrub the young ones in! The laundry leads outside to one of the lovely garden areas.
The large modern kitchen, which is fully equipped is the centre of the living space. With a bench dining area, large breezy living room with loads of comfy couches….leading out to the verandah and gardens.
There are two outside entertaining areas making the most of the shade and sun (depending what you are chasing!). The yard is fully fenced, and there is ample parking for two cars and a boat. Bundegi has a great garden and small lawn area, perfect for the kids to play on.
All linen and bath towels are provided. No pets are allowed on this property. 4 car maximum parking, no camping or caravans allowed.
This property is self contained.

We stayed 4 nights and this property was wonderful. Really spacious with all the amenities required. It is a in a quiet location but only a couple of minutes from the heart of Exmouth.
Great house walking distance to town shops easy check in, lots of information provided everything you need in kitchen wifi worked, great rooms, large bed super comfortable

Our week's stay at 4 Rule Street Exmouth was wonderful with great hosts. This large quirky spacious clean place was a lovely home away from home, as well as a good base from which to explore the area - the Ningaloo Reef and Cape Range National Park - lots of walks and swimming. It was relaxing and comfortable with all amenities needed. Close to town shops, walks in the barren fields in search of wildflowers; the aquarium and discovery centre (well worth a visit) and the best Fish Shack - helpful people and delicious seafood. And we saw the first Sturt Desert Pea come into bloom! Highly recommended.

We recently visited Exmouth for a week. What a beautiful place in the world. Our rental from Ningaloo Reef Holidays was the perfect place to stay while visiting. The location was fantastic for early morning and evening beach walks and a great home base for our travels around the Cape. Suggest you take trip up Yardie Creek with the boat, swim at Osprey Bay and go whale watching at sunset. The house was clean, well appointed, and had all the necessary tools in the kitchen for cooking meals. Highly recommended.

Amazing house with everything you could need for a fab family holiday in Exmouth. Very well equipped kitchen and great breakout spaces inside and out. Only a couple of minutes by car to the shops and all the adventure operators. Highly recommend!
