Break Away is next to a park, opposite Mantarays Resort with privileges to use the swimming pool as part of the deal when staying at Break Away holiday rental! **Conditions apply
Four large bedrooms, two with queen beds and two rooms with 4 single beds. The master bedroom, ensuite. All the living areas are upstairs allowing views of the Exmouth canals.
Three bedrooms and multiple wet areas are down stairs. Secure carport with room for two cars. Limited parking for boats.
Perfect accommodation for Wedding groups who may be attending a reception across the road at the Resort.
Please note that DUNES (also managed by Ningaloo Reef Holidays) is part of the same building. You will be sharing access from the road with the canal facing Dunes property. Please be mindful of parking which is limited.
All linen and bath towels are provided.
Pool and resort entry privileges are subject to Mantarays Terms and Conditions and may include events that restrict access resulting in closure to outside guests

A great place to stay for large families or groups. A short walk to the beach and having access to Mantaray’s pool was a big bonus. 5 minute drive to town. Good speed wifi. Highly recommend this place - we didn’t want to leave!

The property was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, tidy and in a perfect spot for sunset drinks on the balcony. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to exmouth. Access to Manteray’s resort pool across the road, which u fortunately we didn’t have the time to enjoy. We hired a car as the ningaloo snorkelling spots were an hours drive away, but we would have needed one as the location is a little walk into town. Would definitely stay here again! Perfect!

Great location and layout. Nice having the living space upstairs to take in the view of the canals. Being able to access Mantarays pool is fantastic.
Large light and airy property. Lovely views. Great access to Manta Ray pool.

Travelled with my wife and two teenagers, great house and with the access to the Mantarays resort to use the pool was a great benefit. The house was very comfortable, room sizes great, BBQ on the balcony was well used. I would certainly recommend and book again when holidaying in Exmouth.

House was perfect for two families of four escaping the cold and wet in Perth. Would loved to have stayed longer. Bonus was the access to Mataray Pool. We enjoyed many an afternoon swim and cocktail there. Thank you. Was our first visit to Exmouth and we’ll be back.
