As you walk through the front doors you will note that luxury is in abundance at Marlin.
There's a huge open plan living space, and the dining area seats a whopping ten people! Check out the top notch modern kitchen. Well stocked with everything your inner chef needs to cook up a storm. Lounge at the breakfast bar with the kids, or move them into the theatre room for some "Peppa Pig' timeout. The holidaying is so easy at Marlin.
The sleeping has been covered too. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, Bedroom 2 & 3 have 2 king singles and a trundle bed while Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed. Large family bathroom complete with bath and 2 seperate toilets and a laundry with front loader washing machine round out the features down stairs.
Travel upstairs to the Master retreat, complete with King sized bed, Television, Ensuite and large balcony with outdoor setting. Perfect for hiding away from the kids and enjoying the views.
Outside has all the features covered too! Fully fenced with a large outdoor setting for ten. Your own private pool overlooking the canals and just a stroll down the steps to your private jetty ( boats up to a maximum of 8 meters ). There's an outdoor hot and cold shower perfect for washing away the beach sand and even a single person canoe for paddling the canals (at your own risk). All topped off with plenty of parking for three cars and two boats/trailers. Don't forget to put the day's catch into the conveniently located chest freezer in the garage.
This fully air-conditioned house is a perfect base for your next family or group holiday in Exmouth, come and enjoy the local attractions in pure indulgent luxury. Please note there is no WIFI provided at this property.

Linen and bath towels are provided, some pool towels have been provided also. Please don't take these to the beach.

Marlin is the perfect accomodation for a group of friends or large family visiting Ningaloo Reef. The house has plenty of space and a nice outlook over the Marina. It is a comfortable walk into town when the weather permits and close by Mantaray’s for dinner/drinks. Otherwise everything is just a short drive away. The owner left comprehensive instructions on the use of the house and suggestions for visiting the area. A great house to stay in Exmouth.

We loved our stay here, so much space, the living area and pool out back avoided direct sunlight so was pleasant all day and evening, sunset views from the first floor balcony, quiet neighbourhood, aircon cooled the rooms down quickly after being off all day, pool was in the shade in the afternoon so no sunscreen needed which the kids loved. Would stay here again!

Marlin is a large spacious property with a great location, water views and close to all facilities. The dining area seats 10/12 and there are 2 TV areas downstairs and a private parents retreat upstairs. The pool is great , BBQ in good shape and all in all everything is good.

Amazing house in such a great location. House is perfect for family and friends and backs onto the canal where we were able to have JetSki and boats for easy access. Overall great service and communication from helen and once again a beautiful home with all the little extras inside.

Beautiful home with water views. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were very much appreciated in April. Loved having the pool to cool down. Lots of space for everyone - we were 4 couples. Accurate listing. We had a great stay thank you!
